Visual Art:
Room 8 had a super busy time today, creating our silhouette picture for Visual art. They were very lucky to have our school art expert, Miss Read guiding them.
Below shows Room 8 artists preparing their backgrounds. They learnt about the different tones you can have in a colour, and chose a colour they'd like to go with.
First they had to plan in their Topic books what layout and colour they wanted, then they started painting it. After that, they will put their silhouette of an athlete onto the background .
